Earle Provin

Bass & Backing Vox

I was born in 1970.  My mother was a seamstress who worked mostly from home and raised nine kids.  My father was a motorcycle dealer and mechanic.


I started learning to play guitar at age 10 and began picking up other instruments along the way, until I got a tip from a friend that a country band out of West Rutland needed a bass player.  I had a bass, but didn’t consider myself a “bass player”.  I needed gigs... badly, so I went and auditioned....
